Booking Policies
Please read through our booking and entry guidelines before your visit to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for both you and our resident cats. We highly recommend booking online in advance to secure your space, especially on busy days. Weekend Policy: No walk-ins are accepted on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekend visits must be booked online prior to arrival. Walk-ins are permitted from Monday to Friday, but entry is strictly subject to space availability. All payments for your session are made in person upon arrival at the lounge. The lounge operates on fixed session blocks throughout the day: 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:00 PM. Late Walk-ins: If you walk in mid-session, your time will still conclude at the original scheduled finish time for that block. Special consideration may be granted upon request, depending on daily capacity. If you have an online booking and are running late, please contact us. Arriving 30 minutes late without prior notice will result in the automatic forfeit of your booking, and your spot may be given to another guest.
