We provide high-quality grooming experience for both cats and dogs. Our focus is to create a comfortable, low-stress environment for your pets and ensure they leave feeling refreshed and looking good!
To ensure each pet receives our full attention, we do not accept walk-in appointments. All grooming sessions must be booked in advanced. Special circumstances or emergencies can vary.

Overall, really impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of staff. The cats here were really lovely, sweet and well taken care of. We had our cat groomed today as she had a few matts. Groomer did a wonderful job to keep as much hair as possible. Staff also messaged us updates on the groom.

Grooming Terms & Conditions
Before booking an appointment for your pet, please review our policies below.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept walk-ins. Every pet is allocated a specific time block to ensure a low-stress, high-quality experience.

We require at least 4 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. If your booking is scheduled at 10am, please email to cancel as we cannot answer phones before then.

To stay on schedule for all our furry guests, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 30mins late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to take longer as we prioritise other appointments.
Health & Safety Risks

Grooming comes with general risk. It involves the use of sharp equipment on live animals. While our team is highly trained, minor nicks or scratches can occur if a pet is restless or moves suddenly.

We prioritize "comfort over vanity." If your pet is severely matted, we will not perform painful de-matting. We may be required to shave the coat short to prevent skin tearing and irritation.

We do not groom pets that have heart conditions that may put the pet at risk, aggressive pets without sedation or pets who are pregnant.

Owners must disclose any medical history (e.g., heart murmurs, seizures, arthritis). We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions triggered by the stress of grooming.

The welfare of all pets is our top priority. If our professional groomers observe signs of severe neglect or abuse, we reserve the right to report our concerns directly to the RSPCA or local animal welfare authorities, as legally required.
Behaviour & Sedative Grooming

We reserve the right to refuse service or stop a groom if a pet is aggressive and becomes a danger to themselves or our staff. The owner will be charged for the portion of the service completed.

For highly anxious pets, our Sedative Grooming (injectable) is available only via pre-arranged appointment and is subject to Vet Tech (Beloved Beasts Veterinary) availability.
