Bookings & Walk-ins

We highly recommend booking online to secure your space, especially on busy days.

No walk-ins are accepted on Saturdays or Sundays.

Walk-ins (Weekdays): Accepted only if space is available.

We run on strict session blocks (10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm). If you walk in mid-session, your time will still end at the scheduled finish time (special consideration can be granted upon request).

Being 30 minutes late to your booking will result in an automatic forfeit of your booking and we may grant someone else your spot.
Lounge Rules

Do not force contact or disturb sleeping cats. Gentle pats are welcome! Please listen to our Lounge Attendants regarding which cats are currently comfortable being handled.

Do not chase the cats or force them to interact. Respect the cats' body language and warning signs to avoid injury. Cats will approach you when they are ready.

No flash photography as it hurts the cats' eyes. But feel free to tag us in any cute photos!

Refrain from wearing strong scents of cologne/perfume. Cats have a very sensitive smell and it can harm their respiratory system.

Do not enter if you are feeling unwell or showing cold/flu symptoms.

Children aged 12 and under, or persons with limited mobility, must be closely supervised by a responsible guardian at all times.

No running, yelling, or loud noises. Do not climb or stand on cat-specific furniture. Guests are liable for any damages to the lounge.

Keep an eye on your belongings. We are not responsible for any damage caused by cats (scratching, fur, etc.) to personal property.

Strictly no food in the lounge and no feeding the cats. Our residents have strict diets; unapproved treats can cause serious health issues.

We have a no tolerance policy. The wellbeing and safety of our cats are our top priority. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave without a refund if these rules are not followed, to ensure the safety of our guests and cats.
Risks & Liability Waiver
By entering Egg Yolk Cat Lounge, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with animal interaction, include but are not limited to the following:

Minor or serious injury from the cats, including bites and scratches. All of our residents are fully vaccinated a treated for fleas, ticks & worms

Allergic reactions and sickness resulting from the cats (eg. Asthma).

Sensory & Odor Sensitivity: Exposure to natural animal odors, grooming products, or cleaning disinfectants. While we maintain high hygiene standards, these scents may affect individuals with a sensitive sense of smell or sensory sensitivities.

Damage to personal property by the cat's general behaviour including spraying (urinating), scent marking, shedding fur, scratching and biting (eg. Clothing, bags, accessories).

Other visitors causing distress to the cats.
Acceptance of these Terms
Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. Children are deemed to have agreed to this waiver via their guardian.
You agree to waive all legal rights of action against Egg Yolk Cat Lounge, its directors, and employees for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the cat lounge environment.
By completing your booking, you certify that you are solely liable for your conduct and agree to comply with all Lounge Rules.
