Booking Policies
After-Hours Event Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in hosting an after-hours event at our cat lounge! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for both our guests and our resident cats, please review our booking policies and rules below. Booking & Pricing Flat Rate Pricing: All after-hours events are charged at a flat rate fee rather than per person, granting your group exclusive access to the lounge and our amenities. Bookings are to be requested for 7 days in advanced. Otherwise they will be declined. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. This deposit will be applied directly toward the total cost of your event, with the remaining balance due on the day. Cancellations & No-Shows 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event time. Forfeiture: If you cancel your event with less than 48 hours' notice, or if your group fails to show up for the booking, your 50% deposit will be automatically forfeited. Lounge Rules & Deposit Forfeiture Our resident cats' health, safety, and comfort are our absolute priorities. Strict adherence to store guidelines is required. Your deposit will be immediately forfeited, and the event may be terminated early without a refund, if any of the following rules are violated: No Outside Food or Drink: To maintain strict hygiene standards and protect our cats from dietary hazards, no food or outside drinks are permitted inside the lounge at any time. Animal Welfare Standards: Guests must follow all staff instructions regarding safe cat handling. Any rough handling, forcing interaction, or distressing the cats will result in the immediate removal of the guest or termination of the event. Property Damage: Any intentional misuse of lounge amenities or damage to the property will result in deposit forfeiture and additional replacement charges.
